Lord Jesus Christ, make me meek and humble at all times. Make me like St Francis, the instrument of peace, love and unity. Make me the instrument, the channel, to serve you. Make me a true, sincere channel to bring souls to you. Make me a simple, humble channel, to be a peacemaker of families and your children in discord.

I ask St Francis my patron saint and all my patron saints to help me with your prayers to alleviate Jesus’ Sacred Heart’s pains. Amen.
