Just as we have pictures of our family in our homes, so we should also have sacramentals of our heavenly family. When statues and images of the Holy Trinity, Mother Mary and the angels and saints have been blessed by a Catholic priest, there is a divine presence. This torments evil spirits. The same applies to blessed crucifixes, rosaries, candles, incense, oils and devotional items such as Green Scapulars, Brown Scapulars, Miraculous Medals linked to the apparitions of our Blessed Mother Mary, and other Catholic-Church approved sacramentals, such as St Benedict Medals.
